Chances are...you are NOT drinking enough good clean water. This does not mean coffee, soft drinks, I mean water. By not drinking enough water you are sabotaging your own health. OK, so you might have to get to know every washroom along your daily route...your kidneys appreciate the workout! Try not to drink too much water with your meals...rather in between meals. Drink up...To your Health!!!

Water consumption & fat loss.....  Numerous studies have shown that cellular hydration protects against fat gain, improves insulin signaling and is a critical component of metabolic function. Studies have also shown that drinking 500 ml of water resulted in a 25%-30% increase in metabolic rate for 1 hour.  But, please remember, it is possible to over consume water. Do Not drink water in excess of 1 litre per hour. This could put excessive demands on the kidneys. With higher water consumption, get plenty of electrolytes to compensate for loss of Sodium & potassium that may be lost in urine.
