Fitness...The “F” is for Fountain of Youth!
You are what you eat.....
I know you are getting tired of hearing that from me. Truest cliche of all times.

So here are a few scientific reasons why a fit lifestyle makes you look so much better:

Unfortunately, toxins build up in our body for numerous reasons. We need to detox. The best way of regularly detoxing ourselves is through eating plenty of fruits and vegetables & sweating it out with a great workout.

Eating healthy and staying away from garbage provides our bodies with the vitamins & minerals necessary for it to perform its thousands of functions. Eating the sugary & fatty garbage clogs it up and causes your body to take a detour and deal with the fallout.

Exercise increases our bone mass & muscle mass. That will make you look younger!

Collagen production: Your skin & hair are dependent on collagen production. Healthy diet (especially vitamin C) is critical for collagen production but so is EXERCISE. The increased circulation that results from exercise delivers oxygen to all our organs. What is the body’s largest organ........THE SKIN. Collagen is produced in the second layer of skin (dermis). By allowing collagen production to slow, surface wrinkles (that awful, awful, “w” word) become deeper. Exercise truly optimizes collagen production.
Balance your hormones in a natural way....critical to looking younger
                        (= Exercise & a clean diet)
Drinking plenty of water & exercise keeps your skin looking supple & Younger!
The seventh inning stretch..... STRETCH! Keeps your muscles, bones, joints, skin...yes all of you working better. Unfortunately, this is often skipped over far too much. Learn effective stretching techniques. Yoga is awesome!
Attitude, Yes, this is also scientific. If you know you look good, it shows in your attitude. Be healthy & reward yourself by strutting your stuff!

You might not be at an age where you are concerned about aging. You must build a healthy foundation. Once you are at an age where you are concerned about aging, you have already laid the framework.
The fountain of youth is full of dumbbells!
